Is Bush or Cheney Palpatine?

As everyone here knows, Lucas has compared the Star Wars series to the current Bush Administration (although the first trilogy, 4,5,6, was based on the Nixon Administration).

Like Duccu, bin Ladin is working for Bush and so are the Iraqi Rebels. Do some research and you'll come to that conclusion, yourself. Now, that is what seems to make Bush more like Palpatine. Also, Bush used a disaster to gain power as did Palpatine and he is the obvious head of the government.

However, Cheney is running things behind the scene. Basically, he is a shadow emporer.

So which one do you think is closer to Palpatine? Also, is one of these two more like Vader?

because like Palpatine,Cheney is the puppetmaster of the government...Bush is either too stupid or to lazy to actually do things for himself...but I thank god that Cheney doesn't have the ability to shoot force lightning out of his fingers. Bush on the other had is like Vader in a way, in the fact the is just a puppet more or less that is controlled by Cheney. Yet I don't think Bush has a sense of compassion, that Vader had at the end of Return Of The Jedi...but we may be surprised.

I haven't actually seen the last star wars - but I know enough about Dick Cheney to know that he is a complete control freak that would love nothing more than to have all under his fingertips.... in this case it is George W Bush - but trouble is looming as the little guy is feeling his oats from the past election. And the sparks and shit will fly in this 4 year tenure too be sure!

Cheney is Palpatine. Karl Rove is the hatechild of Darth Vader and Jabba the Hut.

Osama Bin Laden is General Grievous.

Cheney is Palpatine/Sideous. W is Count Dooku, thinking he's accomplishing something while Sideous strings him along until Anakin, er I mean, Santorum is ready to take his place at his master's side.

Bush is Anakin/Vader, who is too stupid and selfish to realise that he sucks and is an awful person. Bush is a giant baby, and like Bush, Vader has twins by an unwitting accomplice. OBL is Grievous. Ahnold is every generic storm trooper ever to get promptly iced in all six films. Rove is Boba Fett, and Limbaugh is Jabba the Hut.

As far as the other side goes, Clinton is Obi Wan, Jimmy Carter is Qi Gong (struck down by the Dark Side), Howard Dean is Han Solo, Barbara Boxer is Leia, John Edwards is Luke, Michael Moore is Chewbacca, and John Kerry is Yoda. Kucinich is the chief of the Ewoks. Al Gore is R2D2.

His papa got his head chopped off by a powerful democrat. He isn't a real power player and he isn't in the loop of real decision making. He is clumsy(see the death of boba fett) and only slightly above the rest of the right wing clones out there. Lets face it, when shit goes down, they leave George off in the woods riding his bike.

Vader is a good guy mislead and he comes through in the end. I guess there still could be hope that McCain turns out to be Vader, but I don't think we can really count on having one. I kind of get the feeling our dark days are really just begining. We haven't even reached episode 3 yet. There are like 20 years of horrific emperial rule after that.

Maybe the saudis are the emperor.
