3. Yes......watching him right now!
Loved what he had to say about the British Memo!

He added that the Congress knew that the policy to go to war with Iraq was being pushed....and a timetable was already in place.

He spoke to Senators who knew damn well what was going on.

7. I LIke How He Stopped That Bitch Wolfie From Cutting Him Off
Ofcourse, Wes was in Little Rock, and the neo-con was right there with Wolf, and had the most time to present his "case."
But it was good too see our general in action. Damn, I still think of what the debates would have been if Wes was the one the giggling murderer was debating. Kerry did great, especially the first one, but I drool at the thought of what might have been . . .

9. He is a really bright man and handles himself well
I'd vote for him. The fat ass beltway whore pundits seem to think Hilary has 2008 nomination locked. I'n not sure she'll even run. I live in California and unfornately, we almost never get a meaniful vote in a presidential primary. If Clark is still in the race when it gets to this state, he has my vote.

14. Then VOLUNTEER!
Clark had thousands of people working for him in California. We called tens of thousands of people in every primary. We MADE Clark a viable candidate by volunteering.

This is pretty much the only way Californians can affect the vote but in some ways it is even MORE important that voting. I talked to well over a thousand people in the various states we canvased. If I only swayed one percent, that means I "voted" my view 100 times!

I, along with other really fabulous volunteers, set up tables at local malls in Sacramento, we handed out lots of literature. Clark has a lot of latent support already, he is a household name, at least in Dem circles. There is real thought he would have carried California in the 2004 primaries.

However, as much as I like Clark, Kosovo is going to be something both the far left and far right are going to hammer Clark on. The far left believes that the attack on the Serbs was to crush a socialist country (bombing only publicly owned factories and leaving foreign owned ones intact) and well the right figures anything Clinton did was wrong.

I hadn't even thought about the dynamics of a Clark v. Neo-Condi race.

Woah.

15. Here's yet another sign of General Clark's excellence!
Read this quote:

BLITZER: General Clark, you probably want to make a quick point. But, if you can do it in 10 seconds, I'll let you.

CLARK: We should have dealt with North Korea first, Iran second, and Iraq third, because that was the order of the significance of the proliferation threat. The administration went after it backwards, unfortunately.

BLITZER: You did it in 10 seconds. Thanks, General Clark, very much for joining us.

A powerful, scathing final point. And part of the beauty... go back and clock the General's answer. I actually did. It wasn't 9 seconds long, it wasn't 11. It was 10 seconds.

General Clark had that big, winning smile as they signed off, and I think it was at least largely because he knew he'd just hit another shot at the buzzer.

17. Glad to see he is practicing
That was a real weakpoint Clark had last time. He wanted to give complex nuanced answers, which many of us here WOULD rather listen to but most people want exactly the sort of answer he gave here, short, punchy, and devastating!

WHAM....

Go Clark!
