The Republican's Holy Grail is Just Hours Away..........
Make no mistake about it. Destroying the filibuster so that they can pack the court with their fascists has been THE NUMBER ONE goal of the Republicans for decades. They now do not have to bother pleasing the people, stealing elections, etc. They can sit back and let this nation be ruled by unelected judges beholding to no one but corporations and billionaires. They will have established a dictatorship right under the ignorant Americans' noses with out a shot being fired. I'm wondering if when the American worker (both blue and white collar)and middle class Americans begin to be eviscerated if things might be remedied by an angry public passing a constitutional amendment to set term limits on judges??? It could happen when the suffering becomes unbearable.....

2. Unconstitutional ruled the Extreme court
It is just fine to put them on the Administrative branch but not on Congress. The logic escapes me.

5. Yeah, but...
It also creates a whole slew of new problems. Like, for example, constant turnover rate ensuring that every congressman is inexperienced. There is, after all, something to be said for experienced congressmen with a deep knowledge ofcongressional procedure.

3. Do you know the vote tomorrow 5/24 is on the day Jefford's jumped???
Why do I think they are very aware of that. It's so Rovian to have their ultimate dream come true on the day the Dem's thought they pulled the rug out from under the Repubs. There's no stopping these people. They get what they want. And they love payback because the fuel that keeps them going is "hate". Bush gets his rocks off on this kind of stuff.......
