C-Span to cover Conyer's media bias forum

A source inside Congressman John Conyers' office has informed The BRAD BLOG that C-SPAN will indeed be covering his forum tomorrow in D.C. on "MEDIA BIAS AND THE FUTURE OF FREEDOM OF THE PRESS".

So it looks like the "6 or 7" of you who have written to C-SPAN requesting they do so have been successful! Well done!

Since both the House and Senate are in session tomorrow (NUKULAR DAY and all!) the forum, unfortunately, will not be carried live but will instead run later at a later time still to be determined.

Short Sweet and Effective..
It was a few more than six or seven I would bet..This is critical and could be another turning point in driving the Bush poll numbers down even further.

Exposing bush's lies has never been easy.
Conyers is our hero when speaking truth to power.
May God (the real one) Bless his eloquent and determined commitment to justice in the face of the bush neoconglomerates.

6. This is WONDERFUL news! What a great lift to hear this. WE MADE A

DIFFERENCE!!!!!! Wonderful that we will have video coverage of this important Forum. Not the first time CSPAN has been DUed, nor will it be the last. :)

After the broadcast, we should THANK CSPAN for doing this.

I hope you will. They probably get a lot more demands and complaints than praise.

8. Air America will carry LIVE!

Air America will also be carrying LIVE so I'm told. The forum starts at 1pm ET (10am PT) on Tuesday.

If you don't have an Air America affiliate station in your town, you should be able to listen in via http://www.AirAmericaRadio.com tomorrow.

There have been four threads asking DUers to urge CSPAN to cover the Forum. Wonderful that they will be recording it. We will have to be watching for the rebroadcast - I hope you will let us know.
