DVD: "George Bush: Faith in the White House" !?!?!

While picking up a copy of Farenheit 9/11 this weekend, I spotted and also brought home, "George Bush: Faith in the White House, an alternative program go Fahrenheit 9/11"... Needless to say, isn't there supposed to be a deliniation between government and any single religion?

Here's a review, which fairly points out the problems.

"We see not only Bush's faith in its current form—a man driven by prayer and the principles of Scripture—but we also see his journey along the way, warts and all. We meet a much younger Bush, a rowdy, brash, hard-drinking Texan who in no way looked like he would some day be his state's governor, much less President of the United States."

(He's not from Texas, is he.)

"...will George W. Bush be allowed to finish the battle against the forces of evil that threaten our very existence?"

"President George W. Bush has set the example for maintaining faith in the face of unrelenting criticism …Will the faith of George Bush be sufficient to keep us in God's hands today? Perhaps—if we all join our faith to his."

The film closes with a clip of Bush reading from the Bible at a church service.

I don't know if I have the guts to watch this... I roar at Plan 9, made it through Father of the Bride, and can appreciate a certain amount of unintentional or intentional absurdity, but... Maybe not even if I imagine Crow, Tom, and Joel/Mike taking it apart as it unrolls.

that I'm not aware of. We have the incompetent * and in another dimension they have the competent one and we keep meeting in the middle. Or there is something in the water or hypnotizing on TV that makes these people see that and not the evil coming out of the White House.

I have seen a doc called "When God Entered the White House" or something like that which is about Bush and his so-called religious beliefs. I think it was on either PBS or the Sundance Channel.
