Please God, can we have something like this in our own congress?

Watching our legislators give speeches before an empty chamber is such a crock.

4. Whatever one's opinion of Tony Blair, one must admit
that anybody who can do this as often as he does must have some brains in his head. Bush sure as hell couldn't do this. He wouldn't even speak before the House of Commons for fear that he'd be booed by the vocal MPs.
