Cheney: Repubs will "defeat whatever Democrat receives the nomination"
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,159469,00.html

HANNITY: We're running out of time. Could Hillary Clinton become president in 2008? She's like the front-runner to win the nomination. Do you think she could win? And who would you like to see — four or five people, Republicans, run, considering you've taken yourself out of the race.

CHENEY: Let's put it this way, Sean. I haven't endorsed anybody. I wouldn't want to start through the list of...

(CROSSTALK)

HANNITY: Would Condi Rice be a good presidential candidate?

CHENEY: ... somebody else. And I'm confident that whoever the Republicans nominate in 2008 will receive widespread support and defeat whatever Democrat receives the nomination.

6. It is way beyond time
to get these lying, thieving republicans out of government and into the prisons where they belong. If in 2006 the dems cannot displace a goodly number of these thieves, then there is no hope for the future of democracy in this country.

7. Sorry Cheney, your reign is going up for good.
Evil never wins, I guess you didn't get the memo! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Voter Verified Paper Ballots are being passed, immediately. The Diebold conspiracy is doomed and will be wiped out. No, anymore criminals shall be elected or installed. No hillary clinton either. We know secretly you wish her to be your next P"uppet".....

10. IMHO
Edited on Tue Jun-14-05 10:41 AM by SoCalifer

There's not too many "Real" Democrats left to run against the single party we have in this country. So IMO, we are most likely going to see a reelection/selection of the Corporate party.

Now which sub-party will it be? Sub party Repub? Or Sub party Democrat?

I don't know..

This is my main problem with our government today.

12. he said yesterday...........
...that the Republican nomination will go to whatever candidate has done the most to support the Bush-Cheney administration. Spoken like a kingmaker who has the voting machine software in his pocket.

13. Did you miss the memo?
True elections ended after the 2000 moment of truth.
Truth lost.
Just as any opposition to corporate dictatorship was ended,
with the election of Regan.
Game Over
Theres only one inevitable conclusion.
Which will only begin being discussed, when the boiling
point has been reached, which is at least 7-10 years away.
