1. Didn't seem to work very well in Iowa, though there weren't 60k of them.

If they just wave signs outside, it won't make a big difference. But what a great thing for the party that Dean has energized all these people!

A third or fourth place finish because he annoyed the hell out of New Hampshirites prior to the primary.

A Dean army is only going to backfire. IMO. It's going to chase more people away from him than it brings towards him.

7. Sounds annoying, actually
I don't know about anyone else but having 60,000 people invade my state and knock on my door like salesmen would be a tad irritating. A little overzealous? Perhaps? Everything in moderation. That's been the problem with the Dean campaign. They automatically assume that bigger is better. Louder is better. Not true.

Maybe we should follow Teddy Roosevelts advice "Speak softly and carry a big stick." Instead of scream, carry a big stick, and bash everything in my path.
