8. Preparing indictments would have been the appropriate thing to do

instead of rushing off and carpet bombing a country that had nothing to do with 9-11. How do you think Clinton caught the WTC bombers? How did Spain catch their bombers? Has BushCo caught anyone?
Indictments would have necessitated an investigation and BushCo couldn't afford that becaue then we would find out they did it.
