does just a speech count? Seems like cheating to me. Seems like he's regretting ever making that promise.

He fucked up enough in his speech a press conference, even with planned questions, would have been fun.

2. yeah, I'm surprised he did even more than one

I think at his inauguration or state of the union he made the monthly press conf promise, but hey, who really wants to hear him anyway?

it was mentioned that he was suppose to do 3 press conferences, but after the last one's poor reviews they were canceled

last night was an "address to the nation" so I don't think it counts as a press conference since he wasn't asked any questions

4. He didn't *answer* any questions last night, either.

That is, unless someone was asking, "Could you please spend about forty minutes repeating the same bullshit you've been saying for years?"

In that case, the answer was a resounding "You bet your ass!"
