Want to help us stop "fake news" - prepackaged TV or radio segments, paid pundits and other media manipulations presented, without disclosure, as independent journalism?

Please take a few minutes to fill out this brief survey for the Center for Media and Democracy, a non-profit organization working to strengthen democracy by promoting media that are "of, by and for the people." Your input will help us develop our No Fake News campaign.

We ask that you provide us with your honest and candid feedback and would like to hear from you by July 13, 2005.

Anyone who underestimates this administration's ability to promote fake journalism isn't paying attention -- undocumented video news releases featuring fake journalists and/or p.r. staff posing as fake interviewees, a $300M budget for such things as comic books for Middle Eastern children, the Pentagon Channel, paying conservative columnists to promote the Bush agenda, and of course, Jeff Gannon.
