6. I think I read somewhere that when Rove was first interviewed
by the FBI he told them that he didn't talk to any Press about Wilson's wife until after Novak's article came out -- implying that that was when he first heard about her.

This, of course was a lie.

So Fitz has a prima facie case for obstruction of justice against Rove right there.

Before the grand jury Rove sang another song. There, he admitted talking to Novak and Cooper before the Novak article but claimed he didn't mention Plame's name to either of them. He claims first hearing about Wilson's wife being a CIA agent from a "journalist" -- but couldn't remember whom it was. Then his memory got fuzzy and according to a WH-friendly leak, claimed he really couldn't remember where he got the info.

Libby's involvement is perhaps even more interesting. Unfortunately there have been fewer leaks about what he told the FBI or the grand jury.
