Roberts has a lot to answer to regarding his relationship with the Bush 2000 and 2004 Campaign, the 2000 FL Recount and Jeb Bush. Apparently the State of FL has been sending a lot of business to Roberts company which just opened their Miami office in 2000 since Jeb's fuzzy meeting with Roberts during the 2000 Recount.

Was Roberts' nomination to the DC Superior Court a quid quo pro for the 2000 assistance? What has Roberts done behind the scenes for Bush etal in the interim? Is a simple "pro-bono" trip to Florida enough to warrant the nomination to SCOTUS? These are questions that our illustrious reporters should be asking. You know, the same reporters who bought Baker's lie about how the votes had been "counted, recounted and counted again", never giving the GOP parsed definition of "votes" or of "counted".
