They've apparently just picked up on a quote from Blair from 3 weeks ago.

The Tory party, being pretty crap bandwagon-jumpers, started shouting for an independent inquiry on 8th July. Blair simply told them that setting up an inquiry whilst the investigation was ongoing was pointless and that's all people have said about it since - no point in an inquiry when the investigation is still going on.

There will be an independent inquiry, not because the Tory party (unreformed Thatcherite scum) want one, but because the public wants one. We'll simply have to wait until the investigation is complete (No, I don't think it will be an eternal investigation. No, this doesn't make the UK a fascist country. And no, I still don't like Blair I just like the Tories even less)
