CIA is talking secretly with the Special Prosecutor ?
Not only Tenet, but Harlow and a couple of others? They are telling everything they know on Bush and Cheney and the neo-con plan to invade Iraq, fix the intelligence, and and lie to the American people? The White House has got wind of these meetings and is looking for a way to get rid of the Special Prosecutor? They may simply wait out his term which ends in October and his job is not renewed? Democrats raise a stink but what can they do about it? Is this the direction this investigation is really going?

3. Notice the question marks after each sentence ?
They are not declarative sentences. Sorry if you misunderstood the post. I wish I had a link. Just a hunch.

6. There have been plenty of whispers about how pissed the CIA is...
...none of the lifers there like Goss, they like Dick and Bush even less....your theory is quite plausible...

It seems to me that Fitz is angling for an even bigger fish than Rove....

8. If it were true, what would be the charge?
For fixing intelligence and intentionally lying to the American people? Does that rate as treason? Or is it a lesser charge of conspiracy ?

7. People: do you really think Fitz will just run out of time? Come on.
As if he doesn't know that this is a possibility. The guy's a pit bull! He'll have something for the grand jury, and it will rock thy world.

9. The thing is that these CIA folks are being called to the Grand
Jury to testify - not "secret" per se, but "closed" so that Our Great Leader and his thugs can't know for sure what's going on. I think that every shred of evidence is pointing to conspiracy - both to obstruct and to commit perjury. These are felonies that are absolutely impeachable offenses. Of course the National Socialist Republicans will never impeach Our Great Leader... This is going to get very ugly, very soon...

10. I hope this does happen, but who is going to enforce it?
I mean, if we have to rely on the repubs, it ain't gonna happen. The dems don't stand a chance until 2006 and that's only if they don't tamper with the machines then.

So we'll find out all this, it'll be out in the open and we'll still be getting raped by this administration.

16. Actually, we have to rely on the media putting pressure on Republicans.
The only other thing we can do as citizens is organize an ENORMOUS march on DC if the Congress fails to act.

11. I would like to see DC Police pull up to the white house and just arrest
the whole lot of them. To bad that won't happen it would be great though.

12. Maybe Tenet's bargaining for a lesser sentence...
that or so he doesn't have to give his
Medal of Freedom from Culpability back to Bush.

15. The 12 hour + gap would have allowed the CIA
to keep electronic evidence in a secret vault somewhere if they had received the "warning" via Gonzales' WH counsels' office that a round up of documents and communications would soon be sought by the Special Prosecutor. Right after Goss's as CIA Director confirmation there was a top CIA leadership resignation/termination binge. The CIA had already taken a media/congressional/public beating for so-called bad intelligence and would have been still outraged at what happened with Plame. Revenge is a dish best served cold....

Wondering what was kept and then given to Fitzgerald independently? Fitzgerald would have shared it with those judges to augment his case that there was serious threats against US National Security. It would go a long way to explain why the journalists are secondary sources on this, not primary sources.

The :wow: factor keeps climbing!

18. The White House broke Rule #1
You do NOT fuck with 'The Company'. Daddy Bush is probably calling in all his favors just to make sure Jr. doesnt die under 'mysterious circumstances'

Mebe he isnt falling off bikes because he's a clutz. Mebe NOCs are deflating his tires or unbalancing the handlebars...

I cant find the tinfoil hat emote... so this one will have to do...
