How can Bush get impeached ?
Of course assuming he has impeachable offenses )and with the cons in control of Congress, is this merely wishful thinking on everyones part? You know how they close ranks on this shit. Whats a possible scenario.... cons breaking ranks?

I just dont see it happening.

1. We will have to
Elect a Democrat majority in the House for impeachment and a 2/3 majority in the Senate for conviction.

2. Hmm....
Only possible scenario for them to break ranks: Bush would have to order white male infants to be slaughtered and cooked for him to eat, and then as he is eating them make the remark, "Look! I ate the baby Jesus!"

The thugs would break ranks with him then. No one eats the baby Jesus and gets away with it. Not even the Shrub.

5. I think you underestimate the difficulty. He could get away
with that easily.

6. Hmmm...
Pretending to eat the baby Jesus while sodomizing a NASCAR Dad on Live National TV.

Surely, then, it would be curtains for him. Curtains!

3. Realistically, neither do I,
but a recent poll revealed that 60% thought he should B impeched IF he lied about the invasion. Now, we all know he lied and the rat bastard knew he was lying in the SOTU. One thing the poll shows is the people R waking up and somehow the message is getting out. We need to convert that to votes 'n muscle.

7. How about a DVD on impeachment?
Somebody needs to make a movie and embarrass the House to do its job. It is a House in need of a clean sweeping.

8. That doesn't mean that criminal charges won't be brought against Bush
in court. There is a grand jury investigation in progress and indictments are likely to come down soon. Even if Bush is just named an un-indicted co-conspirator, that would be reason enough to expect his resignation. Then we would have to create enough public outcry to leave his with no other choice.

9. It will happen just like it did with
Nixon. Someone will give him up that he screwed over. And the others will jump on the bandwagon for fear of losing their precious power.

11. Won't happen
Tom DeLay will thow a live grenade into the House before he would let a vote for Impeachment happen.

But...

If scandals continue and the Dems win huge in 2006 - and it would have to be huge - Republicans who are up for re-election in 2008 might change their tune. I just don't see this happening, though. This country is so polarized that Republicans will stand by their man no matter what he does. they will make excuses for him and when all else fails they'll find a Clinton to blame.

15. When it becomes so unpopular for repubs to side with him
That, in order to save face, they go after him. I am seeing that a little bit with Frist on the stem cell deal. The Republican parties main concern right now is the next election, and if going after Bush helps them win elections, that is what they will do.

16. Maybe we should try figuring out how
this cabal can be removed from power, rather then trying to figure out all the reasons for why we can't?

No one is invincible and no one is above the law. Criminal charges needs to be filed and when that happens, then they should be given no other choice but to resign. Nothing less will do.

Bush is a lame duck anyway; we should focus on 2006/2008.

This IS focused on 2006/2008 and beyond. It's our golden opportunity to expose those criminals for exactly what they are.

21. he won't
The election fraud cover is blown and he can't let the Dems sweep Congress (which they would rightly do without fraud). c.f. General Tommy Franks' Cigar Aficionado interview, where he said "Get ready for martial law," or otherwise will cripple the country somehow and abscond to who knows where.

This is the difference between life in prison and life as a trillionaire. He'll do a nuclear MIHOP to get away with it.

22. Not so sure the 'Election fraud cover' is blown...
Sure people are working on it.

I'm working on getting the word out and educating people, but they just don't want to believe it... so they don't listen.

It's very sad.

Best we can hope to do is just plug away. I've been working on my parents for over a year now. If I can crack those nuts, I can convince anybody.

24. it's blown enough for serious FBI investigations
I suspect some serious fraud-preventative measures may come out of those results.

Anyway, the implications of the election fraud cover not being blown are no less dire.

thousands more in Kentucky - with More Diebolds machines installed and Repulicans doing the vote count {like 2004} how can anyone expect a different outcome.

If they can do it for Bush? - Anybody can Prez! Even Jeb.
