Winter Storm Watch
just issued by the National Weather Service. Snow is expected to start in NH in the late afternoon, early evening. Possible foot expected. If this storm stays on track, it looks like most people in NH will be able to vote. :-)

2. Repeating myself: this will help Dean
If the storm hits early enough to effect the evening vote, it will help Dean because his people will turn out no matter what.

4. His hardcore will turnout
regardless of weather. If others stay home, it will influence the outcome. Iowans just had to deal with cold, it was already cold. This is a snowstorm, there will be travel related problems and such.
