When the chips are down, who do YOU want on your side? Someone who is loyal or someone who has good political judgement? This is why Liberal DemocRATS are losers and are going to continue to lose elections. The trouble is, THEY DON'T "GET IT!"

They trumpet each minor thing they can think of, like Abu Garib and Gitmo and then say it is hurting our ability to fight the war. It is them who are hurting our ability to fight anything. Now they are trying to turn loyalty into a negative. In most things they cite the loyalty was deserved and correct. John Tower was "Borked" right after Robert Bork was. It was all about cheap politics and the loyal one was the better of he bunch.

Utter BS. Bush is loyal to his "staff", however you define that, until you lie, or betray him. Either one. Then you're toast. Period. He's never changed in that regard from before he even ran for public office until this very moment. Bush does not tolerate liars, ever.

Many of their followers are scared, uninformed, brainwashed people. Looking for some sense of security in a world made less secure by those they look to for leadership.

It is a dangerous combination, as history has shown so many times.
