aired a clip of Pat calling for Chavezes "assassination" clearly showed him calling for MURDER..THOU SHALL NOT MURDER

Televangelist Breaks Second Commandment in Two Days

One day after Pat Robertson called for the U.S. to assassinate Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, the televangelist raised the ante again today, urging the U.S. to covet President Chavez’ wife.

In so doing, Mr. Robertson appeared to contradict two of The Ten Commandments in as many days, having flouted “Thou shat not kill” on Monday.

Speaking on the television program he hosts, “The 700 Club,” Mr. Robertson lashed out at the Venezuelan strongman once more, telling his audience, “It’s high time that the United States coveted Hugo Chavez’ wife.”

Warming to his topic, the opinionated preacher added, “And while we’re at it, we should covet his house, his manservant, his maidservant, his ox and his ass, for that matter.”

#12: Thou Shalt Not make friends with dictators who murder their own people, and then later talk about "dictators" who are actually democratically elected leaders.

#13: Thou Shale Not invest in gambling and racehorses, if you're a Reverend.

STP to Pat: What part of "thou shalt not kill" and "thou shalt not bear false witness (lie)" don't you understand? Or do you think the Ten Commandments doesn't apply to you?

Gosh, just get off it, would you people? That old document just has some quaint provisions that aren't really meant for our modern age. Besides, as an ordained minister, Pat Robertson has a special divine dispensation. Unlike you, you bunch of little heathens.

I wonder what the American Taliban folks do when the hypocrisy smacks them across the face like a mackerel?
