I think there ought to be zero tolerance of people breaking the law
"I think there ought to be zero tolerance of people breaking the law during an emergency such as this — whether it be looting, or price gouging at the gasoline pump, or taking advantage of charitable giving or insurance fraud," Bush said. "And I've made that clear to our attorney general."

- Bush's response to the aftermath of Katrina

2. And I think there should be zero tolerance for a president who is
totally incompetent, arrogant and, mostly, ignorant of how to lead in times of a crisis. I've had it with this asshole.

4. That would apply to you, Chimpy. You've been lying and stealing
from hard working folks most of your life.

5. That's all well and good
But don't watch Bush's words, watch his actions.

That's why there's this big credibility gap that people are increasingly starting to realize.

I seriously doubt he will follow up on those words.
