So Congress is going back into session tomorrow.

Bush waited three days after for a response when all of us were watching four day prior news casts about how NOLA was going to get slammed. Hours of reports on "IS THIS THE CATASTROPHE LONG AWAITED" or "NIGHTMARE SCENARIO?"

Right now I am watching on CNN that the plan is to put a NOLA sized police force in every day, for the next three days.

NO ONE IS SAYING WHEN THE WATER IS COMING, OR FOOD, OR RESCUE & EVACUATION.

This is a nightmare, Bush should be punished.
