Part of what my local church wrote:

They need our prayers. They need to feel the presence of God in the days and weeks ahead. They need the comfort that can only come from feeling God's love and support. We can make a difference in their lives today. Prayer works!

Let's see each and every person surrounded and enfolded in God's love. We know that with God even this situation can be overcome. God's will for each person is pure good. We can give thanks that God's spirit of good is at work blessing, healing and transforming this situation. We pray for all those who made their transition, that they are set free and that their friends and family feel the Holy Presence of God with them at this time.
