Our only hope...

Make GWB, Cheney, Chertoff, Rove, Condi, Rummy go out in polo shirts and khakis (hell, I'd even allow hip-waders) and report from NOLA for CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC...and tell people what is happening there.

Let them actually confront the results of their abdication of duty while they pad the pockets of their cronies.

Let them stand in the fetid water, watching the bodies float by, interview the 46-year-old granny with her 6-year-old grandson who walked out of the Convention Center looking to hitchhike out of there, apologizing to the reporter who interviewed her because of how she smelled after walking through the water and wearing the same clothes four days later.

Make them see what their dismantling of Clinton's FEMA progress has created.

I dare them to say that "this is hard work", and "we are making progress"...

Let them confront directly the very human ramifications of the decisions that they made. They are the ones who are in charge and responsible.
