How would Bush have responded if terrorists blew up the levee?

A.)Would the response still have had the same time frame?
B.)Would he have continued on to San Diego?
C.)Would he still have done the Guitar photo-op?
Summary: Whether it be terrorist's or hurricane the results remain the same. No?

He would have rushed there to drum up support for his war effort (ala - see - what we are doing is right!)

He would have handled it differently because KKKarl would have framed it as the ultimate fear to exploit politically.

Plus - such an event would not have allowed all of those who could leave (eg wealthier and moble) to leave - so the face of the disaster would have been different.

To answer you question -- YES. He has learned nothing since 9/11. Because, as he claims, he's made no mistakes.
