ridiculous.

I sure liked how Witt pointed out that the gutting of FEMA had happened AFTER 9/11, and how an incredulous Anderson Cooper repeated what Witt had just said as if he couldn't quite believe his ears, so Witt repeated the statement, and expanded on it.
