Does any body know who gave the order to block the bridge to Gretna
The one that Geraldo so logically pointed out was the obvious path for the 20,000 surffer's. Apparently the bridge is very close to the Convention Center. People who tried to cross it were turned back.

I want to know who gave the order and why? and who blocked it?

This is the craziest thing I ever heard.

1. Given that we have ample evidence of FEMA blocking the Red
Cross, boats coming in from Florida, aid from Chicago, I think it's a safe bet it was FEMA that blocked the bridge too.
