Obviously this effort is some kind of self-correction for a rotten performance last Friday.

What's the bastard going to do this time?

In this way, Bush relieves himself of all blame and is free to say she was unable to lead her state in a time of disaster instead of working WITH her.

It seems that 77% of NOLA is black and 66% voted Democratic. They are being punished and left to die for that reason primarily.

I don't know what party the Governor belongs to but I do know that the Mayor was a Republican until days before he decided to run for office - then he switched partys.

So now Scene 2 unfolds...

.. that he will have some Black people around like Kindasleazy and Rummy, along with DHS' Chertoff and FEMA's Brown, and maybe Nagin but not Blanco because they want to scapegoat and swiftboat her good.
