Operation "Hug Some Negroes" in full force: Rove sends Bush back to NOLA
Edited on Mon Sep-05-05 10:29 AM by Julius Civitatus
Trying to clean up the very damaged image of Chimpy after this colossal mess, Rove has decided to have a second round of photo-ops in Louisiana and sent Emperor Clueless to the area. By now they probably have pre-screened some "Potemkin village" black folks and a handful of extras playing rescue workers for some more PR bullshit, the very specialty of the porcine Rove.

Please, keep reminding the media of what a fake, vacuous effort this is. Remind people that, no matter what they say now, that ship has sailed: they already failed! Now they can only try to photo-op their way into some sort of damage control. The truth, as the entire planet has witnessed, is that the Bush administration FAILED its own people for almost five full days, in the most shameless of ways.

1. I won't believe it until I see Condi carry another box of food
THEN I'll know the effort is genuine

2. We need to find out the identity and occupation of people in the photo ops
Seriously, I don't believe that Bush is meeting random people. I smell political operatives.

4. They won't let him get that close to anyone

that is not a PAID slave to Bush.

I am still waiting to see a photo of Condi being welcomed with "open arms" by anyone in Alabama.

I did see her talking to "one" African American woman in church. Lady was well dressed and seemed that she was absolutely a nice lady.
Other than that, I saw no one that reached out to her.

So here we go with Chimpy.
