Of course, if Bush REALLY cared about the SC and the American people
he would simply nominate someone like Anthony Kennedy for Chief Justice. Who the heck would be opposed to that selection? No one. But of course this country is completely run by Karl Rove and his little political schemes. Even at a time like this, they feel they have to push the envelope as far as they can.
I hope the same media which has taken Bush to task for his pathetic handling of Katrina will also take him to task for nominating Roberts for CJ.
