Rasmussen Reports, today: 46% approve of Bush's performance

Tuesday September 06, 2005--Forty-six percent (46%) of American adults now approve of the way George W. Bush is performing his role as President. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove.

Thirty-nine percent (39%) of Americans now Strongly Disapprove of the President's job performance while just 23% Strongly Approve. Earlier in the year, those numbers were essentially even.

When looking at the disaster in New Orleans and surrounding areas, just 28% of Americans say that the federal government has done a good or an excellent job. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, consumer confidence has fallen to its lowest level in more than two years.

Seventy-nine percent (79%) of Americans agree with the President on the importance of succeeding in Iraq. However, just 48% believe success is likely.

That tells you what a psychotic nation Amurikkka has become.
