Scalia is a friend of the Bushies and is entertained by them regularly in the White House.

According to a Reporter on CNN who is covering Renquists "lying in State."

Wouldn't it be a good idea to have Supreme Court Justices who don't know each other and aren't friends of the President and First Lady, being regularly entertained by them.

Isn't there something in the Consitution about "Separation of Powers?" Or has that been re-interpreted by the Federalists. :eyes:

3. That is interesting. Didn't Rehnquist do some pretty awful anti-semitic
things when he was in school. I read he really got on the few Jewish students that were at the school he attended. I do not know if it was undergrad or Law School (I think it was Law school) but it was truly despicable behavior. My point is if she dated him during school then I understand more about her now than I did before.
