Pvt. Lynndie England is blamed for the Katrina disaster.
After the dept. of defense analyzed the problems at ABU GHRAIB prison and determined that she was responsible for smuggling in dog leases, attack dogs, cameras and had a deep understanding from her long and through education in Hills of West Virginia on how to humiliate and torture Iraqis of the moslem faith,

The Dept. of Defense has found out also that she had thought at one time about going to or visitng either Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi at some time in her life.

Pvt. Lynndie England is one of the few "bad apples" to be prosecuted for the US government's total irresponsibility in handling the Katrina disaster. The investigation was lead by the Great Leader George W Bush and delegated to Secretary of Defense Rumsfield.
