1. How about generations of buck-passing and an apathetic inactive public?
How about anyone who voted Republican, and especially if they voted for Bush/Cheney 2x?

2. There is way too much blame to go around.
But, the staggering incompetance of the administration has exasperated the situation.

3. This started in the Reagan days.
It's just now come to this head. So I blame repukes for decades. Especially the anti-science, poor people hating crowd we have now.

4. First of all, the sick, old and poor, should never
have been left behind. The mayor screwed that up big time!

Before the storm hit and I heard they would be hurding those people into the dome like cattle, I was disgusted!!

I believe most people survived the storm.

When the levee broke, that's when I believe most people died and the human devastation began. And for that, Bush is 100% responsible! The delay was a travesty beyond measure.

But let's face it, we all knew how incompetent he is, lets just hope others will wake up!

I will never forget those 7 minutes he sat reading "My pet goat" while we were under attack!! That tape said it all.

5. Fish rots from its head.
However, there's a big picture: Katrina reveals the failure of right wing ideology.

6. And especially Big Dick Tourettes Chaney is responsible because
it was he who made the fatal secret energy deals allowing energy companies to step up pollution and global warming at an ever more alarming rate. Hurricanes are natural, but not dozens of super-hurricanes every year. That's energy policies fault. The levees breaking are Shrub's fault, for cutting the levee renovation funding, but the super-storms are Chaney's fault. They don't call him "Dick" for nothing, you know.
