A talking point for 2006:
Remind people that the disaster in New Orleans was a direct consequence of the BASIC premise of Republicans (ALL Republicans) -- not just Bush. People need to see the real-life consequences of cutting taxes and funding an illegal war.

While Bush is clearly incompetent, this has more to do with a Repub. vs. Dem issue -- funding of infrastructure, role of government, etc.

I think it'd be an easy talking point to get people to relate to.
