Conversation with a friend
Edited on Fri Sep-09-05 11:39 PM by nadinbrzezinski
well I talked today with a Friend of mine who for the first time did not get all anise about my radical views... she is listening this more and more...

But she needs to make a living you know so has no time to get involved... well we went back and forth until I pointed out they want to get rid of the IRS... guess what she does for a living? Tax preparer, so now she is in a panic and realized maybe time for me to look for another way to make a living... with her believe it or not this is progress, she does not have our feisty personality.

3. Wait til she tries to find another job
and realizes what choices are out there .... she'll finally open her eyes to how the country has changed.

4. I get that a lot
I actually had a friend tell me today that she didn't want to 'play the blame game because she really feels it is important to stay upbeat'. It was like trying to talk to an alien.

7. Hey
I had another friend who has been a diehard Republican tell me that she thinks Bush should be impeached. Does that friend cancel out the stupid/upbeat friend??

she used to be far more active in her youth, but she has been frightened into innaction over the last few years, like many others
