I just heard Brian Williams report that a some employees at NOLA hospital were charged with NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE b/c they were asked whether they wanted to evac patients and said no....
Does that set any kind of precedent for potential negligent homicide cases anywhere else.....
like do we get to get our hopes up here?
or is this going to be another case of the little guys taking the hit while the big ones get away?
