The Doctrine for Joint Nuclear Operations, March, 2005 has been

removed from the Pentagon's Website. (Per Dumsfield during his Pentagon Briefing).

Has anyone saved a copy verbatim of this document? If so, could you post it here?

Dumsfield said it had been taken off of the Pentagon site because they were going to update it. It states that the U.S. President will have the right fore preemptive Nuclear Strikes (Bush).

Also, as Dumsfield and the general were leaving, reporters were jumping to their feet demanding answers be given regarding Afghanistan and Karzai's claim no need for foreign military presence. Dumsfield stated that the Pentagon Briefing Room was becoming an "Unruly House."

Dumsfield then stated that anything that has went on in Afghanistan is nothing compared to Iraq and Iran. He stated that the problems they had in Afghanistan is a "thimble full" compared to the rest of Iraq, Iran, and something else. (didn't get it all verbatim).

I have done searches for the Doctrine itself but can only get sites that tell about the Doctrine, not the doctrine that was posted. Would appreciate any help.
