After Katrina, and what the reporters themselves saw and reported

truthfully to the American People (Sheppard Smith's report was UNBELIEVABLY honest and Hannity cut him off to give him time to collect himself or something. Then Geraldo came on "crying" without any tears regarding babies becoming dehydrated, elderly dying from dehydration in the heat with no food or water after two days of promising that it's coming. Hannity cut Geraldo off as well.

During this tragedy, a lot of reporters stood up to this administration (finally) and demanded answers.

I just watched the Pentagon Briefing and Dumsfield had not answered anything on Afghanistan. Dumsfield were walking out and reporters were jumping to their feet, hollering questions regarding Afghanistan and Karzai's statement today after the elections that Afghanistan held, stated that he felt that Afghanistan no longer needed foreign troops on it's soil (don't quote that but pretty close to what he said).

I find that odd. Especially since the British are the main ones in Afghanistan (per Dumsfield). Also, especially since the Doctrine I am trying to find that was taken off the Pentagon's website TODAY. It is a doctrine that was originally written in 1995 (I think), had been revised by Bush (I think), and they claim was taken down off the site today because they wanted to revise it again, as well as they felt it was not a good idea to have a Doctrine that states that the United States can use Nuclear Weapons preemptively.

I wonder what they may be planning to do???? I guess I'm being a conspiracy nut again?
