There is an ad in an LAT article http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-lawa27sep27,1,6929495.story inviting people to vote..

Don't know how permanent this ad is on this specific page

4. McCain's on my shit list for licking Bush's boots during --

-- the campaign and for not standing up for what's right in the Senate -- for playing the party game to curry favor for the 08 nomination.

He's more likable than Dubya, Christ knows, but his voting record is far right. I have no trouble at all envisioning John McCain presiding over Apache raids. A McCain administration would be packed with far-right conservative nutcases and his court appointments wouldn't be much better than Dubya's, and possibly worse.

Yuck.
