8. I had a daughter who talked on the phone that way.
Of course, she was 12 months old at the time. She was smart as a tack and figured it out - even on a play phone that didn't work - in about 10 minutes flat to turn the receiver around.

Evidently Rove wasn't available to fix the problem for Chimpy before the photo was taken.
