4. It's going to be completely disgusting.
I'll read about it, but I won't look. I just will not get myself to do that. That's just me. I know it's imperative these are out, and I'm simply amazed that our system is still functioning, and making the right decisions.

This administration is going to be up the creek even further. I can't help but think there will be more "scapegoats", but I think the odds are in this country/s favor as far as; the more scapegoats, the better the chance, they spill the beans on the higher officials. Let this bring them down already. These people are as digusting as these pictures will be.

6. "certain pictures" - What does that mean? Who chooses?
U.S. District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein ordered the release of certain pictures...

8. Not holding my breath here.
I will believe it when I see it.

This will be damaging beyond repair- and they know it.

9. There is a 20 day window for either side to appeal
per the court order. This means the government could file an appeal at the last minute and tie it up in court again.

13. Won't the child porn be illegal to show?
Underaged boys being boffed by professional sodomists can't be shown without violating underage porn laws, can they?

Also, if only "certain" photos are released, what about the others?

15. The pictures are not child porn-
They are evidence of criminal acts.
Not that child porn isn't a crime- but
these pictures were not taken as child porn pictures,
they were taken by accomplices to a crime of sexual
vilolence committed against civilian children.

Perhaps this is exactly what America needs right now.
Maybe they will finally wake the fuck up.

14. Didn't the judge get the memo: Conservatives don't believe in freedoms.
"Our nation does not surrender to blackmail, and fear of blackmail is not a legally sufficient argument to prevent us from performing a statutory command. Indeed, the freedoms that we champion are as important to our success in Iraq and Afghanistan as the guns and missiles with which our troops are armed."
