1. I picture Fitzgerald
as tenacious as the fictional Jack McCoy, a Manhattan prosecutor who has a reputation for grabbing hold and not letting go. (That's the highest compliment I can pay any prosecutor, btw.)

3. Everyone has missed the crime he is chasing...
My guess is not disclosure of an agent ID, he's going after Treason. The administration illegally dismantled our WMD black market intel capability.

Based on the Judges comments over jailing Miller, whatever he has exactly is strong, very strong. I expect indictments to be served after the handcuffs are applied.

7. I'm waiting for him to call Sibel Edmunds.
She has said that what she's seen ties it all together. Both sides of the aisle.

Remember he is a direct legal proxy for the AG in all matters in regards to his prosecution. He has the authority to lift the gag order in relation to his case.

6. We've felt this before, so I am afraid to allow myself to feel it now ....
