18. When "earbud" was mentioned, I looked closely for anomalies in this
photo. As an artist who has studied many an ear, there is peculiar
pointed spot right above the "ear plug" flap that does not regularly occur plus a strand of "hair" leading to it...very subtle but things have been microminiaturized to the realm of almost invisible.
Any anatomy specialists care to give an opinion?

5. Hey, was that when he got the question about Greenspan's replacement?
Edited on Tue Oct-04-05 02:44 PM by Jon8503
He did not seem to be ready for that question at all.

Answered it the way he does whenever he is looking to appoint someone in that it will be someone qualified.

Does anyone remember if he said that about Brownie when he appointed him head of FEMA?

10. Actually, he speaks while pausing
He blurts out this stream of talking points. Pauses for an eternity, as if he's waiting for someone to give him a cookie, then runs through another overrehearsed sentence, sometimes fragmentary, sometimes complete. If it's complete, he looks around again, like he's waiting for teacher to say, "Good job, George. You can sit down."

11. He's an alien. Ken Mehlman admitted it & they have never denied it
Edited on Tue Oct-04-05 05:39 PM by librechik
"The president is an alien. You heard it here first. The president is an alien. That's your quote of the day. He has been getting information from Mars. The shock of the debate will be the president's alien past will be exposed, which is why that box (under his suit jacket) is there."--Ken Mehlman, Oct 2004 (actual quote)

of the infamous "box-shaped object" under the back of Bush's jacket that was spotted during the debates. Naturally we were all concerned that he was cheating and being given answers through a radio transmitter hidden under his jacket. Mehlman finally blew up and said that. It might have been on Meet the Press.

24. Nonsense
He's not an alien from outer space.

Not YET.

that's for when he finally gets sick of playing pretend Texas cowboy. And he has'nt made up his mind yet whether he'll be a space alien or an indian chief. I hear he's leaning towards the chief.

13. There was one point
I've forgotten now what the question was, but he actually cocked his head to the right and cast his eyes upward, as if looking to Dog for the answer. And then his response was up there with his "sovereignty" response.

Kermit the Frog (and Miss Piggy too) used to make that crunched-up grimace to indicate frustration/disappointment.
