John Edwards on Daily Show tonight (Weds,10-5)

Jon promo'd this by saying "remember he announced his presidential candidacy on this show, which didn't work out so well, so maybe tonight he'll announce he'll never appear on this show again".

4. TDS re-airs frequently for 24 hours

in the early middle of the night a.m/ next day a.m/ 8pm EST next day AND following the new show the next night. It's hard to miss if you have the Comedy Central channel. Also, TDS' website has video highlights too!

I know, it's *hard work*, but doable :)

5. It's been more difficult to see it since they moved its showing...

from 7pm to 8pm. (The re-airing, that is.) I often forget to tape it, and it was nice to know that I could see it at 7pm. I often want to watch other things at 8pm. (I can't tape a different channel when I'm watching another channel.)

6. Oh yeah...the Olbermann fans are upset too

that Jon's re-air is now against Countdown at 8 pm :( It's been a few months that schedule changed, so we either watch Jon/TDS at 8/or Keith at midnight. Damn, it's hard work being librul :silly:

14. Fresh TDS is at 11 pm ..EST

But re-peats are ongoing from there. I know there's a repeat in the middle of the night (1-2 am?) but, EST, I can catch it at 10am and 8pm the next day. I know. It's confusing :)

19. Do you have cable?

If so, you might just have to switch the wires around to be able to record while
watching another program. When we went digital, the cable guy installed it so
we couldn't, but we figured out how to do it anyway. :hi:

20. No - we can't do this. We have an older television that doesn't permit...

it. (My sister, who does this type of thing at her work, confirmed that it can't be done with our television. She was sure that we just had things set up the other way, but she agreed that it was our older TV that was limiting us.)

methinks, it makes them or breaks them, as Jon's audience, live and the passive aggressive viewer, seems to raise the bar for the MSM.

As I recall, Kerry's appearance was weak during the '04 campaign, could that have made a difference? Who knows

I can always watch it at 10:00 Am the next day on Comedy Central... but will try to watch tonight!!

John Edwards is one of the VERY few Democrats who I still have GREAT respect for, and I would vote for him again!!

More and more are falling by the wayside!!

John Edwards SHOULD be getting a lot more credit than he is... at the very least, he's STILL out there "fighting the GOOD fight!" MUCH, MUCH MORE than MOST Democrats of today!!!
