1. We need to tie Republicans to this. They are the ones stopping the bill
and the ones running for re-election. Bush isn't. Just make sure America knows how bad this party is for them. #4 is slightly shorter than #3, that's why I picked it.

4. Hmmm...81% is an impressive number.
But just saying Americans is a little more concise....I think maybe just Americans. But see what others say.

5. Personally, I'd vote for leaving the number in.
Otherwise, "Americans" could just mean Michael Moore, Noam Chomsky, and the Dixie Chicks. I agree that it is better to be concise, but that's why I like the "Why doesn't Bush?" line better. Puts it all on one guy.

Either way, all four look just fine.
