Rove's attorney declines to comment
from Daily KOS

" . . . Patrick Fitzgerald was expected to notify officials by letter if they have become targets, said the lawyers, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter . . .
Rove's attorney, Robert Luskin, declined to say whether his client had been contacted by Fitzgerald. In the past, Luskin has said that Rove was assured that he was not a target."

7. I was actually referring to Rove's letter, you know like playing
with the other post. They got the letter...oh no, what do we do now? Kind of thing.

But your suggestions are all right on target.

4. Maybe Fitz is smarter than Rove. They got a lot of political capital out
of saying that Rove was not a traget.

Intelligence - as God, nature, mother intended - for good.
Non-intelligence - as used by man to destroy.

Yeah, Fitz - whether or not you had a case when you told his lawyer that KR was not a target.

So, let's count - how many days was Rove in his new promotion-position?

6. Rove wasn't a specific "TARGET"
Fitz was just investigating and going wherever (to whomever) it led.
