To deny the DNC money to flipping the bird to Howard Dean
In spite of the thread advocating denying the DNC money, this is a stupid strategy. Terry McAuliffe doesn't run the DNC anymore, DEAN DOES! By not giving him money you are hampering his efforts to building a stronger DNC, one that will be independent of the McAuliffe types. Not giving means the anti-Dean people in our party will be able to say "I told you so" and shove more DLC crap down our throats about how we need a "muscular" foreign policy, and how we need to worry more about swing voters than our own constituents (attracting moderate voters IS important, BUT what is the point when the people who give money and volunteer for you sit on their hands?)

1. Hey, Dean speaks for me
I have my Democracy Bond! I only wish that others would realize that
it takes grease to get the wheels of progress moving.

3. Thank you, nice post.
It is getting pretty obvious something is going on here. This should not be the place to come to tell everyone you are not donating.

Thanks.

5. I don't donate to the DNC
because I prefer to contribute to individual candidates. Nothing against Dean or the national Dems, I just would rather ensure my cash goes to candidates I like. Besides, I appreciate the difficulty to raise hard money, and the value of individual contributions.
