I think the following:

Indictments are handed down to Lewis, Rove, Fleisher. Perhaps more but at least these three.

Shrub pardons them to save the country from a long court trial.

This creates voter outrage and there are not yet enough diebold machines to save all repubs.

Both houses go democratic. Senate by 2, House by a few more.

Dems make paper trail voting the law of the land but Bush vetoes it.

Can't override veto. Bush is impeached, Cheney is impeached. New democratic Speaker is inaugurated as President of the United States--Nancy Pelosi--first woman president!

Hey, it could happen!

1. If there is a large margin come election day 2006...
we will get more than a 2 seat majority in the House.

I'm thinking, 54 Senators, 255 House seats and 32 Governorships.

Realistically, 50-52 Senators, 232-244 House Seats and 28-30 Governorships, which is fine by me.
