How Did I Get On Edwards' Email List?

I'm not going to pretend to be offended about it. I like Edwards & it's good to get these campaign emails from all the candidates. Just curious if anybody else started getting emails out of the blue like this - even if they didn't ask for him.

Also concerned that other folks would take offense if something like that happened to them.

I'm (voluntarily) on quite a few email lists from political action groups like MWO, working for change, DSCC, Palast, workingfamilies, etc. Also signed up to get emails from Kucinich & Dean. I don't think they've ever sold my name before, because I haven't gotten any other political-type unsolicited emails, IIRC, just your usual spam.

I just got back into town, checked my email and there they were.

I'm not surprised. It's good politics for them to share lists.

Edwards and his ilk are hackers!

I signed up for some DK and HD stuff. I'm guessing the campaigns are selling lists to each other.

I did click the unsubscribe link and went through that process. Let's see if I get anymore
