Kerry Way Ahead in Missouri at 25% to Dean 6%
Edited on Wed Jan-28-04 02:21 PM by Raya
Apart from Kerry, everyone is in single digits.

Does this mean a Kerry landslide in the MidWest.

Poll from some Kansas city paper, just being reported on networks.

Sounds as if it was just released to wires.

1. yeah I saw that poll earlier
35% undecided, so plenty of room for people to make gains and get some delegates.

3. I saw that poll earlier and the numbers don't add up....
After you add undecideds to everyone's totals, it still only adds up to about 85% instead of 100%. Huhh?

17. 12% wanted Bush but
it still doesn't add up to 100% and Missourians have to choose either a Democratic, Republican, or Libertarian ballot.

8. After Dean's little spat with Gephardt in Iowa
if I were a supporter of Dean's I wouldn't hold my breath in relation to Missouri.

10. If Kerry can take the midwest it will really change that red and blue map.
Go to the Edwards site and give us just Missouri in 2004. We win. That's without Florida. A place i think we will take.

21. Where's the other 15%?
Ok, a lot of hub-bub about this poll, so I went to the source...here's the breakdown

25% Kerry
9% Edwards
6% Dean
3% Gephardt
3% Clark
2% Lieberman
1% Kucinich
1% Sharpton
35% Undecided

...and...
12% Bush

The other 3% is probably rounding errors. Obviously these people will not be writing in Bush at a rate of 12%, but since MO has an open primary Republicans can in fact vote. I'm going to wait for the Zogby poll which will be finished on the 29th.
